Hours of Operation:

You can contact us 7 days a week between 9 am and 9 pm, Mountain time. If we are blowing glass or selling at an art festival, we may not be able to pick up, so please leave a message and we will get back with you as quickly as we can. When we receive an order request, we will email or call to discuss, give you an estimated cost and take a method of payment at that time.

Payment:

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We do not have a shopping cart so we take this information over the phone and process with our wireless credit card terminal. For your protection, we ask that you please DO NOT email your credit card info. We do not charge the card until the order is ready to ship. You will receive a final email with a receipt and tracking information when the package is on its way. Please note that special orders may require a 50% deposit in advance, depending on the cost of the item, and may take 3 to 6 weeks to complete.

Shipping:

We ship via US Postal Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground. If you have issues with either one or live in a rural area, please be sure to confirm the correct method of shipping and the address to send your package. Also note if you have a work address to ship to, it may be less expensive to send the package, particularly with Fed Ex Ground.
